How to ask
Send one message saying you would like your data deleted, and tell us the number or account you contacted us from so that we can find the right records.

What we delete
Your conversations with us, any photographs or documents you sent, your contact details, your measurements and your appointments. Within 30 days of your request.
What we must keep
If you have purchased from us, Singapore law requires us to retain invoices and payment records for a period. We keep only those, and only for as long as we are required to. Everything else is removed.
Confirmation
We will reply on the same channel to confirm when it is done. If you have not heard from us within 30 days, please contact us again.
